Our client’s home is located in the city of Marion. The original warehouse in the backyard of the home was left unused and occupied a large part of the area of the backyard. The client thought it was a waste of space. In addition, the client’s child is about to reach adulthood and needs a relatively independent accommodation that can be accommodated in one space. Therefore, we demolished the original warehouse and designed a two-bedroom and one-living granny flat at its location.

However, the place where it connects with the theme building is very narrow and will block the position of the main building drainage pipe. After our designers have carefully observed and measured the original information of the site, they will not change the original drainage and A very reasonable solution is provided based on the structure. It not only ensures that the new granny flat structure is integrated with the main building, but also designs a new drainage scheme to make the new design more reasonable. After we went to city council meetings several times, the lodge passed the plan smoothly two weeks later.
